GREENWOOD is more than farmland. It is a 30 acre gated estate just 45 minutes from Madurai, where heritage trees grow alongside modern infrastructure and a resort that brings the land to life.

The plots are planted with a mix of six species: sandalwood, African mahogany, Marayur teak, mahogany, red sandalwood and karungali, all with automated drip irrigation and complete management. A typical 25 cent plot has about 60 trees; the exact count depends on plot size. From sandalwood to karungali, this is an investment in something that grows quietly, steadily, and profoundly.
